This website and theory course content has been licensed to Ardmore Flying School to facilitate delivery of digital ATPL Theory course content within the classroom environment at Ardmore Flying School, Auckland, New Zealand.
Intellectual Property Rights

Under the Copyright Act 1994 and related amendments you are limited as to the amount of material that you may download, print, copy and/or cut and paste from the website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not infringe any applicable law.

The User may only download and print the ArdmoreATPL.co.nz content in conjunction with The User’s learning as required to document The User’s learning or the learning process that is appropriate for The User’s use. You are NOT permitted to download entire chapters of courses.

All material and information on the website is provided in good faith and is believed to fulfil all requirements of relevant current Civil Aviation of New Zealand advisory circulars relating to the acquisition of New Zealand flight crew licenses. Access
Course access is provided for a specified period of time from the date of registration (called a ‘Course Semester’). After this date the login and password are deactivated. You agree that Narbo Ltd may prevent or restrict your access to the website for any technical, security and or any other reasons at its absolute discretion. ArdmoreATPL.co.nz will advise you as soon as practicable of any restrictions imposed on your access to the website.
Where Narbo Ltd has information indicating these terms and conditions have been breached by the the User, Narbo Ltd reserves the right to immediately and permanently restrict your access to the website. In these circumstances no refund will be provided.
Variation of These Terms
Narbo Ltd may vary these Terms at any time. In the event that Narbo Ltd varies these Terms, it will provide notice by publishing the varied Terms on the website. You accept that by doing this, Narbo Ltd has provided you with sufficient notice of the variation.

You grant Ardmore Flying School permission to inform Narbo Ltd of your ASL ATPL theory examination results, for the express purpose of theory course content improvement and development.
Reservation of Rights
Any rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved by Narbo Ltd . For the purposes of this agreement the words "Ardmore ATPL", "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to Narbo Ltd and "website" to materials delivered on ArdmoreATPL.co.nz and other co-branded versions of the site.
